This page describes the method to manage the site in reference to processing personal data of those people who visit it.

This information pursuant to Art. 13 of Italian Legislative Decree No. 196/2003 - Code regarding the protection of personal data of users interacting with the company's web services, which are accessible at the address:

This information is provided only for this web site and not to other Web sites accessed via links.

The information provided is also drafted in the light of Recommendation no. 2/2001 that the European authorities for the protection of personal data, through the Group created pursuant to Art. 29 of EU Directive 95/46/EC, adopted on 17 May 2001 for the purpose of identifying certain minimum requisites for the on-line collection of personal data, and in particular, the method, time and nature of information that the Data Controllers must provide to users when they visit web pages, independent of the purposes for which the visit is made.


As a consequence of using this web site, personal information concerning identified or identifiable people may be processed.

Processing relevant to web services on this web site occurs at the registered office and is performed only by the technical staff charged with the processing or any staff charged with occasional maintenance operations.

No information deriving from web services are communicated or disclosed.

Personal data provided by users who forward requests for information (bulletins, CD-ROMs, newsletters, annual reports, answers to questions, various acts, etc.,) are used only to perform the services requested.


Browsing data

During the ordinary course of operations, the information systems and software procedures for running this website acquire some personal data, the transmission of which is implied in the use of Internet communication protocol.

It concerns information that is not collected to be associated with specific individuals, but by their own very nature could, through the processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.

The aforesaid category includes the IP addresses and/or the domain names of the computers used by the Users connecting to the website, the user agents, the URI addresses (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the requested resources, the time at which the request is made, the method used to forward the request to the server, the dimension of the file obtained as an answer, the numeric code indicating the state of the answer given by the server (positive, error, etc.) and any other parameter involving the users’ operating system and their IT environment.

This data is used solely for the purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical data about the use of the site and to check its correct operation and they are erased immediately after processing. Data may be used to ascertain responsibility in the event of hypothetical computer crimes against the site: with this exception, data on web  contacts is not retained for more than seven days.

Data supplied voluntarily by the user

The optional, explicit and voluntary transmission of information through the e-mail addresses shown on this website results in their subsequent acquisition, of the sender address, which is necessary to answer any queries, as well as that of any other personal information included in the message.

Specific informational summaries will be progressively provided or visualised in the site's pages prepared for particular services which may be requested.


This website does not intentionally collect any personal data about users.

Cookies are not used for the transmission of information of a personal nature, neither the use of so called persistent cookies of any type, or rather users' tracing systems.

The use of so-called session cookies (which are not persistently stored on the user’s computer and disappear when the browser is closed) is strictly limited to the transmission of session identifiers (consisting of random numbers generated by the server) necessary for allowing safe and efficient site exploration.

Session cookies used on this website avoid the need to use other data processing techniques which could potentially reduce the confidentiality of the users' navigation of the website and would not permit the acquisition of identifying personal information regarding the user.


Aside from that specified for browsing information, users are free to accept or reject, and to provide or not to provide personal data.
Non-conferment of data for said purposes may entail the impossibility of obtaining information, materials etc., requested


Personal data are processed through automated systems tools for the time that is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they have been collected.

Specific safety measures are in place to prevent loss of data, illegal or improper use and unauthorised access.

Rights of interested parties

Individual data subjects have the right to obtain confirmation regarding the existence or non existence of said data and to attain information regarding content and origin,  to verify the correctness of the data or request data integration or updating, or correction (for completeness' sake, see Art. 7 Legislative Decree No. 196/2003).

The aforementioned section also provides for the right to request erasure, anonymisation or blocking of any personal data that is processed in breach of the law as well as to object in all cases, on legitimate grounds, to their processing.
