| The LGV vehicles, equipped with forks or other gripping/transport device, can handle one or more pallets, containers, totes and loading units of various kinds. By the simple use of reflecting surfaces placed in different areas of the warehouse, with no need of any ground foundation, the laser heads guide the vehicles and decide the path and position. A sophisticated safety system, able to intercept fixed or moving objects, provides the immediate halt in case of unexpected obstacles. A unique computerized fixed station, communicates to the vehicle through radio wave transmission and coordinates the navigation. If necessary, the LGV vehicles can be utilized as normal electrical ones, driven by the operator with handle. |
